At Middle East International Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds for purchases made in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice is required.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
    • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
  4. Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number may be rejected or delayed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product
  • An error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.1 Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Bank transfer refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days.

5.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items returned after the 14-day window but within 30 days (store credit may be offered instead)
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

5.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Info@meie.ae with your order number and details about the defect or damage.

For size or color exchanges: It is often faster to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but mistakes can happen. If you receive:

  • A damaged item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • An incorrect item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and ship the correct item promptly.
  • A missing item: Check your packing slip and packaging carefully. If an item is missing, contact us immediately.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
